If you dispute any charges on your invoice, you must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.

5. Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

7. Billing Errors

  • If a billing error is discovered, we will correct it promptly.

  • If you are overcharged, we will refund the overcharged amount.

  • If you are undercharged, we reserve the right to invoice you for the difference.

  • We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from these Terms.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
