Returns & Refunds
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items (No exceptions).
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange (excluding shipping & handling costs).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging with all manufacturer documentation.
- No returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Contact Customer Service at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com to obtain one.
- Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number and proper return address provided by Customer Service.
Non-Returnable Items
- Previously installed equipment
- Buckets, ladles, backrests, headrests
- Aromatherapy oils, towels
- Room kits (modular & pre-cut), steam cabinets, doors
- All custom-made items
Defective Items & Warranty
- Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty listed on the packaging or documentation.
- Scandia Mfg does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Order Cancellations
- Orders for pre-cut sauna kits, modular sauna rooms, steam rooms, commercial & residential steam room equipment, gas sauna heaters, doors, and all custom-made items can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
- These items cannot be returned after purchase.
Refused Deliveries
- UPS, USPS, FedEx, or RPS Deliveries: If refused for any reason other than damage or a Scandia Mfg shipping error, a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges will apply.
- Commercial Freight Deliveries: If refused for any reason other than damage or a Scandia Mfg shipping error, a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges will apply.
Additional Policies
- Scandia Mfg’s liability is limited to the invoice amount.
- Shipping delays due to carriers are not Scandia Mfg’s responsibility.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
