Returns & Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original packaging and condition and can be resold.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original box.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse before a refund is issued.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and approved for resale, a full refund for the product price will be issued.
- Shipping fees related to a return (both inbound and outbound) are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
