Returns & Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original packaging and condition and can be resold.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original box.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse before a refund is issued.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and approved for resale, a full refund for the product price will be issued.
• Shipping fees related to a return (both inbound and outbound) are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Securely package the item in its original box and ship it to the return address provided.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
